PLANKS: There are several versions, this is one type of intense exercise that helps with burning off muffin top. To get started, lay flat on your stomach and straighten your legs and then slowly lift up your body with your toes and hand. You may look like you are doing pushups.
Ensure your back is as straight as possible and your stomach is pulled in. Hold in this position for 10 seconds or longer, if you can’t hold up using your arms you can brace yourself using your forearms.
