Shoulder Bridge to Single-Leg Bridge

  • Lying on your back, feet planted flat on the floor, thrust hips into air.
  • Do 25 thrusts.
  • Lift one leg in the air; do 25 more reps.
  • Lift other leg in the air; do 25 reps.
